Bread & Butter Digital Marketing is the brainchild of Molly Bossardt, a marketing expert with over 9 years of experience and education in New York City and London. With a background in the arts, including a Master’s In Art Business from Sotheby’s, Molly combines her academic knowledge with her scrappy startup marketing skills to help entrepreneurs and small business owners succeed with strong brand content and effective marketing strategies.

Molly started her career in digital marketing in 2013 working as an Account Manager for SinglePlatform, a digital marketing service for small businesses. While working there, she advised hundreds of small business owners on how to manage their social media presence and gain visibility online.

Molly's love for wine began when she took a small gap year and worked at a prominent Charlottesville-based winery, where she learned about wine and fell in love with the industry.

Following her work at the winery, Molly went on to receive her MA at Sotheby's Institute of Art, specializing in Art Business. While at SIA, she worked on several business development projects that emphasized branding and marketing. She went on to work in the DTC marketing space for a luxury bicycle manufacturer and in luxury real estate in NYC before moving back home to Charlottesville.

After returning to Charlottesville, Molly founded Bread & Butter Digital Marketing and specialized in helping wine industry clients with their DTC marketing needs. With her comprehensive understanding of the customer journey and a unique perspective on the industry, Molly and her team provide a full range of branding and marketing services tailored to the needs of each client. Their approach balances the artistry of creative services with the science of marketing, resulting in effective and personalized marketing solutions that drive results.
